The importance of prayer
Prayer is part of all major faiths. Some people find it easier to pray in the open, when they are walking, or sitting in a quiet place.
Decorate a jar using paint, ribbon and sticky gems.
Use craft sticks to write your prayers, positive sayings, things to be thankful for.
You can keep adding to your jar.
At different times you can reflect on the blessings God has given us.
Dear God,
Thank you that we can always talk to you:
Whoever we are,
Wherever we are,
Whatever we feel.
